Who we are

PolyBudget is made and sold by Baker Aqeel Alobair, an individual based in Amman, Jordan ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@polybudget.app.

Buying PolyBudget

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Their terms of sale also apply to your purchase.

PolyBudget is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The price is shown in USD before you pay.

Your license

When you buy PolyBudget, you get a personal license to use it yourself and with your household, on your own devices.

You may not resell, share or publish the app, its offline file or your private link, or present PolyBudget as your own product.

Your private link is for you. If a link is shared publicly, we may replace it and send the new link to buyers.

Updates

Early buyers, meaning everyone who buys at the launch price (the first 100 buyers), get free updates to PolyBudget for as long as we sell it. We decide what each update includes.

Your data

PolyBudget saves your budget on your device. We never receive it, so we cannot see it, restore it or recover it. Keep regular backups: the app reminds you, and you are responsible for them.

Not financial advice

PolyBudget is a tool for tracking and planning your own money. It does not give financial, tax or investment advice.

Exchange rates come from third-party providers or from you. They are for information only and may be delayed or wrong. Check the rate before you make a decision based on it.

Free editions

The online demo and the Lite edition are free and come with the same terms, apart from the refund policy, which applies to purchases only.

No warranty

We work hard to make PolyBudget accurate and reliable, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for PolyBudget.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be limited by contract.

Refunds

Our refund policy explains how refunds work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought PolyBudget continue to apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction, without affecting the consumer protections of your country of residence.
